Stephen von der Heyde serves as the Materials Manager at U.S. Paint. Throughout his tenure, he has held a variety of key roles, showcasing his versatility and expertise. Stephen began his career in the lab as a formulator, later providing technical support to the Sales team. He then advanced to Director of Product Quality, followed by a role as Plant Manager. Leveraging his technical skills and deep understanding of operations, Stephen successfully helped to implement the company’s new ERP system. These diverse experiences have prepared him well for his current position. Outside of work, Stephen is passionate about music and, above all, values time with his family.
