Formulation Chemist

U.S. Paint is currently seeking a Chemist to join its team. U.S. Paint specializes in the development and manufacturing of technically advanced paints and coatings for the automotive and industrial environments. Responsibilities include formulating new products, color matching, and improving existing products.

HR Generalist

U.S. Paint is currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist to effectively manage the day-to-day human resource department to optimize productivity, profitability, and employee satisfaction.  Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration, open enrollment, employee census and other reporting, performance management system, HR policies and procedures, administer compensation, assist with payroll, unemployment & disability claims, resolve employee issues & conflicts, maintain job descriptions, and other HR related tasks and assignments.
