Emma Boswell manages our Human Resources department. Her responsibilities include Benefit Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations and Recruitment. Additionally, she co leads our Employee Relations Committee. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from McKendree University. Emma previously provided human resources support for an engineering firm and city in Illinois. She enjoys cooking, reading and most of all spending time with family. Emma’s favorite part about working at U.S. Paint is the family friendly culture and she also loves taking home fresh fruits and veggies from the company garden.
