James started at US Paint in 1997 with a Chemistry Degree from Southeast Mo University.  Since that time, he has worked in color development, R & D, and has lead the Powersports Lab Team for several years before becoming Lab Manager in 2021.  James enjoys working with OEM color design groups in matching and creating new colors to brighten the world and is striving to further improve our world class lab!
