Emily graduated from Illinois College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree and has since held a variety of quality-focused roles. She joined U.S. Paint in 2015 as a QC Technician and later supported the EHS, Accounting, Analytical, and R&D departments. She then served as Quality Systems Specialist (QSS) for 6.5 years before being promoted to Quality Manager.
