Benjamin Piper is the current Facility Manager. His responsibilities include the Building, Grounds, Production Equipment, and Building Systems. He received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville. Benjamin’s previous experience is in the tire industry optimizing processes and planning investment to ensure capacity in a tire plant in Southern Illinois. Benjamin enjoys going on adventures with his family, hiking, and camping. Benjamin’s favorite part about U.S. Paint is the collaborative culture of the Plant in which problem solving is a team-based event.
